137 Nexus operates two business lines: Nexus Looking Glass ("NLG"), a proprietary adversarial document audit service, and 137 Nexus Prime, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business providing federal IT services. This Site provides information about these services and a means to contact us regarding potential engagements.
The Site itself is informational. It does not provide legal advice, financial advice, investment advice, or professional consulting. Information on the Site about our methodology, service tiers, and pricing is provided for general informational purposes and may be updated at any time without notice.

A service engagement is formed only when both parties execute a written engagement agreement, including a mutual non-disclosure agreement, and agree to the scope, pricing, and deliverables of the engagement.

The Nexus Looking Glass name, the NLG adversarial audit methodology, the convergence protocol, and all associated proprietary methodologies, systems, and processes are proprietary to 137 Nexus LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or use of any proprietary content or methodology is strictly prohibited.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from this Site without our prior written consent, except for reasonable personal, non-commercial use such as printing a page for your own reference.
All documents submitted by clients for adversarial audit are treated as confidential. The terms governing confidentiality, data handling, retention, and destruction of client materials are specified in the mutual non-disclosure agreement executed before any engagement. In the event of conflict between these Terms and the terms of a signed NDA or engagement agreement, the signed agreement governs.
The information provided on this Site is for general informational purposes only. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the information contained on the Site.
Nexus Looking Glass audit reports are analytical assessments based on our proprietary methodology. They identify structural vulnerabilities, logical failures, and execution risks in documents submitted for review. Audit reports do not constitute legal advice, regulatory compliance certification, financial advice, or a guarantee of any outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 137 Nexus LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services, regardless of the theory of liability.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
